Kaapi Route began with a simple question: what might we discover if we looked more closely at Indian coffee?
Based in Zürich, the project brings together an interest in coffee, India and the role of technology in more transparent supply chains.
For now, we’re researching the regions, reading the trade data and opening conversations. As the journey develops, we’ll share what we learn from people at origin.
